The White Oak Roughnecks captured a 10-0 win over the West Rusk Raiders on Thursday in Game 1 of their Class 3A baseball regional quarterfinal series at Christus Trinity Mother Frances Mike Carter Field. 

The Roughnecks (24-8) and Raiders (23-10) will now play Game 2 at 5 p.m. Friday at Whitehouse. If a third game is necessary it will be played 30 minutes following the conclusion of Game 2.

The winner of the series advances to meet the winner of the Pottsboro vs. Grandview series.
