Hi, Tyler Morning Telegraph!  My name is Carol Tatom and I am the Community Outreach Specialist for Autism Response Team Texas.  I wanted to share a story with you that I think your readers would be happy to read.  Autism Response Team Texas will now be providing autism specific training and support to all state health employees to better serve the special needs communities throughout Texas.  Through these training programs, state health workers and social workers will be able to have access to information that they did not have before.  With 1 out of 54 children now being diagnosed with autism each year, the demand for services from the state continues to increase.  Our training programs will be supporting the programs already in place to help fill in the gaps and will provide additional resources to state health employees that will better assist their clients in their regions.  We are a local ABA clinic with clinic locations in Tyler, Frisco, and McKinney and to my knowledge the very first ABA clinic to provide this level of service to the State of Texas Health and Human Services Department.  The program will go live after the holidays and we are so excited to be able to support our autism communities at a bigger level.  Our founder and CEO, Lisa Mouselli, will be conducting the training.  Would you be interested in setting up a meeting/interview in person or via zoom?  We would love to give you a tour of our Tyler clinic.
Thank you,
Carol Tatom
