Hawkins 34, Tyler HEAT 15
HAWKINS — The Hawkins Lady Hawks, sparked by Alyssa Eddington’s 15 points and three steals, stayed unbeaten with a 34-15 win over the Tyler HEAT on Tuesday.

Logan Jaco added eight points and three rebounds for Hawkins (15-0), which outscored the HEAT 16-3 in the third.
Makena Warren (4 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists), Lynli Dacus (3 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals), Tenley Conde (2 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals) and Jordyn Warren (2 points, 4 assists, 2 steals) also contributed to the Hawkins win.
Ryan Kirksey led the HEAT with 10 points with LoriAnn Tiemann adding four.
Hawkins is scheduled to play at Grand Saline on Friday with the JV scheduled to start at 5 p.m.
Mineola 54, Malakoff 23
MINEOLA — Three Lady Jackets scored in double figures — led by Cyndi Butler’s 14 points — as Mineola scored a 54-23 win over the Malakoff Lady Tigers on Tuesday in a non-district girls basketball game.

Mineola improved to 7-1 win the victory.
Mikyla Bachert and Sabria Dean added 11 and 10 points, respectively for the Lady Jackets. Others scoring for Mineola were Tahjae Black (8), Kelsey Brewington (5), Meghan Brewington (3), Tiara Stephens (2) and Alyssa Cannon (1).
Alliyah Coleman and Kyiah Hicks led the Lady Tigers with six points each. Katye Walker and Sha’Kera Thompson both scored four points with Kiayla Jackson adding three.
Mineola is scheduled to play in the Athens Invitational Tournament, sponsored by Athens Screen Printing, next. The Lady Jackets are slated to play Jacksonville at 8 a.m. Thursday.
Malakoff is also in the Athens event, meeting Chapel Hill at 11 a.m. Thursday.
Sabine 52, Longview Spring Hill 33
LIBERTY CITY — Sabine raced out to a 16-7 lead at halftime and extended the cushion to 35-14 at the break en route to a 52-33 win over the Spring Hill Lady Panthers.
Blaire Kaufman scored 11 of her 17 points in the first half to spark the Lady Cardinals. Mikinzi Cantrell added 16 points with Mercedes Willett and Hailey Davis adding seven and four points, respectively. Halyn McKenzie, Mallory Furrh, Aubree McCann and Callie Sparks all chipped in two points each.
J’Dee Stovall paced Spring Hill with 12 points and seven rebounds. Ashlee Blake finished with seven points and three assists, Zailey McGee five points and seven rebounds, Rachel Petree four points, Valerie Farrell and Amirah Alexander two points apiece and Madison Schrieber one point. Lexie White added four rebounds for the Lady Panthers, who will host the annual JoAnn Sparks Tournament this weekend.
Sabine will play in the same tourney as Spring Hill, facing Jefferson at 10:40 a.m. Thursday.
Hallsville 50, Elysian Fields 45
HALLSVILLE — Hallsville rallied from a five-point halftime deficit and earned a 50-45 win over Elysian Fields on Tuesday.
Baylie Perkins knocked down a trio of 3-pointers and finished with 11 points to pace the Ladycats. Laikyn Smith and Kelci Wilson added 10 points apiece, with Wilson adding five rebounds. Abbi Fischer had eight points, Olivia Simmons six, Catherine Warford three points and five rebounds, Abby Dunagan two points and Mallory Pyle four steals.
Hallsville will compete in the Royse City Tournament this weekend.
Madison Edwards had 15 points and five assists in the loss for Elysian Fields, which led 26-21 at halftime. Christen Smith recorded a double-double with 10 points and 16 rebounds. Adrian Pacheco scored nine points and grabbed six rebounds, and Amanda Gardner yanked down eight rebounds.
Pittsburg 62, Hughes Springs 25
HUGHES SPRINGS — Natalie Styles led the way with 17 points, Tyler Green (13) and Lyly Lemeiu (11) joined her in double figures as Pittsburg rolled to a 62-25 win over Hughes Springs.
Ki’Anna Blackwell added eight points for the Lady Pirates, who outscored Hughes Springs 20-1 in the second quarter to build a 38-9 halftime lead.
Pittsburg will compete in the Redwater Tournament this weekend.
Gladewater 52, Beckville 54
BECKVILLE — Victoria Perry led three Lady Bears into double figures with 21 points, and Gladewater earned a 62-54 win over Beckville on Tuesday.
Perry also had nine rebounds and 10 steals for Gladewater. Haileigh Oliver finished with 14 points, five rebounds and four steals, Ebony Pipkin 13 points and five rebounds, Sydney Spurlock five points, K.J. Hooper five points and seven steals, Latricia Carter two points and Kamryn Floyd two points.
Miranda Mize scored 14 points, Amber Harris 13 and Haley Straubie 10 in the loss for Beckville. Raegan Greer chipped in with eight points, McKinna Chamness four, Baylie Seegers three and Sophie Elliott two.
Harris led with eight rebounds. Chamness added six and Mize four. Seegers and Chamness recorded four steals apiece, Harris three and Straubie two. Mize blocked three shots, and Seegers finished with four assists. Greer chipped in with three assists and Harris two.
Lindale 44, Whitehouse 29
WHITEHOUSE — Maggie Spearman and Kalaya Pierce combined for 21 points to help lead the Lindale Lady Eagles to a 44-29 win over Smith County rival Whitehouse on Tuesday at C.L. Nix Wildcat Arena.
Spearman led with 11 points, followed by Pierce with 10. Shailan Davis, Lily Chamberlain and Shelbi Steen each scored seven points for Lindale with Sabrina Vela adding two.
Lindale is scheduled to play in the Winnsboro Hoopfest, presented by Team Worldwide, on Thursday.
Union Grove 61, West Rusk 38
UNION GROVE — Macey Alston and Madelynn Lacaze scored 18 points apiece, Carleigh Judd added to a balanced attack with 17 points and Union Grove earned a 61-38 win over West Rusk.
Makena Littlejohn added six points and Macey Roberts two for Union Grove (8-2), which led 18-7 after one quarter and 33-12 at the half.
The Lady Lions will visit Clarksville on Friday.
Frankston 33, Arp 23
FRANKSTON — Abbie Ramsey scored 10 points as Frankston defeated Arp.
Keryonna Eldridge, Tia Billingsly and Teallie Tatum all added 6 points for Frankston.
Brownsboro 62, Kilgore 31
KILGORE — Three Bearettes hit in double figures to pace Brownsboro to a 62-31 victory over the Kilgore Bulldogs on Tuesday.
Kentoya Woods led Brownsboro (11-2) with 18 points, followed by Mekhayia (12) and Paris Miller (10). Also scoring for the Bearettes were Alee Parker (6), Bayli Hooker (5), Shakayla Warren (3), Alexa Soong (3), Alexis Rumbo (3) and Allie Cooper (2).
Brownsboro is scheduled to host Martin’s Mill at 6 p.m. Friday.
Miah Thomas scored 11 points and added two steals in the loss for Kilgore. A.T. Anderson added eight points, eight rebounds and three blocks, and Jada Abercrombie chipped in with five points, six rebounds, two steals and two blocks.
Martin’s Mill 71, Dallas Thunder 28
MARTIN’S MILL — The Martin’s Mill Lady Mustangs scored a 71-28 win over the Dallas Thunder to improve to 13-0 on the season.
Jada Celsur led the No. 1-ranked Lady Mustangs with 27 points. Others scoring for Martin’s Mill were Abbie Orrick (15), Kalie Dunavant (11), Mia Mixon (8), Kenzie Cross (6), Jessie Camacho (2) and Kylee Lookabaugh (2).
Martin’s Mill is scheduled to visit Brownsboro on Friday for a matchup of East Texas powerhouses. The Bearettes are 11-2.
Athens 56, Crandall 43
CRANDALL — Mimi McCollister poured in 21 points as Athens defeated Crandall on Tuesday.
McCollister had 7 points at the break before scoring 9 in the third quarter.
Karlie Cook hit three first-half 3-pointers on the way to 9 points for Athens.
Zoey Venrick scored 16 points — 15 in the second half — for Crandall.
Athens will open the Athens invitational against West Rusk at 8 a.m. Thursday in Athens.
GILMER 54, SALTILLO 40
SALTILLO — Haylee Johnson recorded a double-double with 26 points and 14 rebounds, and the Gilmer Lady Buckeyes opened up a big lead in the first quarter on the way to a 54-40 win over Saltillo.
Ayana Choyce added 17 points and nine rebounds for Gilmer, which led 14-5 after one quarter. Madyson tate finished with seven points, and LeLe Morton had four points, three assists and three steals. Jordan also came away with three steals.
