— Deputies charged Jarvis Marshal Barrett, 36, of Fort Worth, with contempt of court/disobedience of court at 5:13 p.m. Wednesday. Barrett was in Smith County Jail on Wednesday without bond.
— Deputies charged Antonio Garcia, 18, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated at 1:27 p.m. Wednesday. Garcia was in Smith County Jail on Wednesday with fines/court fees of $414 and without bond.
— Deputies charged Samuel Madioson Minney, 22, of Tyler, with assault (physical contact)/threat at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday. Minney was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a $393 bond.
— Deputies charged Marco Adrian Orpineda, 24, of Tyler, with marijuna possession under 2 ounces at 3:11 a.m. Wednesday. Orpineda was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a $500 bond.
— Deputies charged Angel Giovanni Ortiz, 32, of Dallas, with possession of a group one controlled substance under 1 gram at 5:27 p.m. Wednesday. Ortiz was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a bond not set.
— Deputies charged Diane Patricia Steadman, of Pollock, Louisiana, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol equal to or greater than 0.15 at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday. Steadman was in Smith County Jail Wednesday without bond.
— Deputies charged Trumaine DeVoughn Wade, 29, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated at 1:15 a.m. Thursday. Wade was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released on the same day. He had a bond of $500.
— Deputies charged Robert William Zandstra, 32, of Dallas, with manufacturing or delivery of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram in a drug-free zone at midnight Thursday. Zandstra was in Smith County Jail Thursday without bond.

— Police charged Anthony Thomas Lemons, 53, of Tyler, with manufacturing or delivery of a penalty group one controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams at 12:51 a.m. Thursday. Lemons was in Smith County Jail on Thursday without a bond set.
— Police charged Toland Kareme Montgomery, 40, of Flint, with criminal trespassing of a habitation/shelter at 2:02 a.m. Thursday. Montgomery was in Smith County Jail on Thursday without a bond set.
— Police charged Debora Ann Osberg, 62, of Tyler, with fraud/destruction, removal concealment writing at 11:37 p.m. on Wednesday. Osberg was in Smith County Jail Wednesday on a $1,000 bond.
— Police charged Tracy Freiden Robinson, 57, of Tyler, with driving with an invalid license, failure to maintain financial responsibility, expired driver’s license, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday. The Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office issued the warrant for the driving with an invalid license charge. Robinson was in Smith County Jail Wednesday on bonds of $896, $503, $763 and $626.
— Police charged Tammie Taylor, 56, of Tyler, with criminal trespassing and resisting arrest or detention at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday. Taylor was in Smith County Jail Wednesday on two bonds of $5,000 each.

— Officers charged Kevin Dewayne Simmons Jr., 21, of Flint, with possession of a penalty group two controlled substance between 4 and 400 grams at 9:25 a.m. Wednesday. Simmons was in Smith County Jail without bond.
— Officers charged Lachancia Venerable, 25, of Hawkins, with property theft worth $750 to $2,500 at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday. Venerable was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a bond not set.

— The agency charged Barbara Ann Reeder, 64, of Tyler, with two charges of possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram at 3:38 p.m. Wednesday. Reeder was in Smith County Jail on Wednesday on two bonds of $50,000 each.

of Public Safety
— Troopers charged Jose Ismael Martinez-Moran, 21, of Whitehouse, with driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container at 3:14 a.m. Wednesday. Martinez-Moran was in Smith County Jail on Wednesday and released after posting $500 bond the same day.
— Troopers charged Cody Jo Mitchell, 21, of Canton, with public intoxication at 1:01 a.m. Thursday. Mitchell was in Smith County Jail on Thursday with a $500 bond.
Tyler City Marshal
— The agency charged Matthew Steven Kemp, 29, of Tyler, with property theft between $100 and $750, two charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to appear, speeding, violation of promise to appear, failure to appear/bail jumping and red light violation at 4:42 p.m. Wednesday. Henderson County Sheriff’s Office issued the warrant on the theft charge. Kemp was in Smith County Jail on bonds of $1,500, $642, $592, $886, $613.60, $886.60, $1,003.60 and $1,081.60.
