She was born July 3, 1970 in Chicago, Illinois to Kellis Franklin and Charlene Phillips, Jr. She worked as a nurse with Briarcliff Nursing and Rehab in Tyler and was a Baptist. Survivors are her Special Friend, Audrey Ballard of Bullard; her mother, Charlene Phillips of Cameron, Texas; son, Timothy Phillips of Tyler; brother, Steven Phillips and wife, Shelly of Cameron and two grandchildren, Khloe and Kamden.
