John Schneider, the actor and singer best known for his roles on “Dukes of Hazzard” and “Smallville,” will be performing 8 p.m. Saturday at Cowboy’s, 8374 Paluxy Drive.

Also taking the stage will be Christian Davis. 

Schneider is promoting a new musical project, “Odyssey,”  that includes the song “Walk a Mile in My Shoes.” 

“This album is about realizing we have a choice and deciding, once and for all, who we are. It’s about remembering where we came from,” Schneider says on his website.

Folk singer Andy Gullahorn will perform 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Old Firehouse in Edom as part of the venue’s acoustic concert series.

He is on tour promoting his latest album, “Everything As It Should Be.”
