Brookshire Grocery Co. has remodeled its stores in Lindale and Bullard and launched online ordering with curbside pickup service at the stores, the company announced. 

The renovated supermarkets now have a sushi bar, an expanded meat and seafood counter and new signage, paint, décor, flooring and lighting. A drive-thru lane for prescriptions was added to the Lindale store.

“We are very proud to be a part of the Bullard and Lindale communities and to celebrate the grand openings of these beautifully renovated stores,” said Brad Brookshire, chairman and CEO for Brookshire Grocery Co., in a prepared statement.

“Our mission is to create and deliver exceptional experiences and value for our customers, and we are thrilled to introduce these exciting new features in these communities.”

Through Brookshire’s Curbside, customers may order, pay and schedule pick-up times using the company’s website and mobile app. The stores’ personal shoppers fill customers’ orders and notify them when their order is ready. Orders are delivered to customers’ cars at a scheduled pick-up time in a designated parking area. 

Special events will take place at the remodeled stores through Saturday, the announcement said.
