Santa Letters

With about 2 billion children in the world, even Santa Claus needs some help every once in a while. Each year Santa deputizes the Tyler Morning Telegraph to help get letters from children in Tyler to his elves at the North Pole.

This year children at Andy Woods Elementary School asked for a wide variety of fun and funny things.

From unicorn stuffys to bicycles and even reasonable requests such as several million dollars, these children did their best to convince Santa they should be on the “nice” list this year.

Some children asked for gifts for themselves, others wanted something less tangible — love for others. Some even had questions that Santa really ought to answer about the logistics of his operation.

Dear Santa,

How are you doing? I’m doing fine. Am I on the nice list? Do you know my sister? I want 19 things but I might as well ask for 1 or 2. Things. 1^st I want a hover board. 2^nd I want Bendy and the Ink Machine. It’s fine if I get coal cause maybe one day I can use the coal for a train when I grow up. And do you like sugar cookies. And merry Christmas
