Downtown Tyler museums and cultural facilities welcomed the community to the 11th annual Holiday Open House on Saturday.

The Goodman-LeGrand Museum, Cotton Belt Depot, Innovation Pipeline, Discovery Science Place, Gallery Main Street, Smith County Historical Society, Tyler Public Library and the McClendon House each participated and featured special exhibits or activities. 

“One of downtown Tyler’s best-kept secrets is the wonderful collection of museums and cultural facilities we have in the heart of our city, and this event is one way we can share these treasures with the public,” Amber Rojas-Varona, Main Street director said in a news release about the event.
