Services for Alyne Jackson, 100, Chandler are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the First United Methodist Church of Chandler with Rev. Bryan Harkness officiating, under direction of Jackson’s Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the Church. Ms. Jackson passed away on December 6, 2018 under the care of Hospice Connection at Chandler Nursing Center following a lengthy illness. Grace Alyne was born on January 20, 1918, in Edom Texas to the late Sam Allen and Junie Pollard. She lived most of her life in Chandler and was a faithful member of The First United Methodist Church in Chandler since 1930, where she was a member of UMW, the Missionary Sunday School Class, the choir and the church council. She was preceded in death by husbands, Edwin Adams and Conan Jackson; daughter, Glenda Allison; brother, Rudolph Pollard; sister, Cleo Pickett; sister-in-law, Dorothy Pollard; brothers-in-law, Gene Pickett, Dan Finley and Jerry Thompson. Survivors are daughter, Linda McKeever and husband, Joe; son-in-law, David Allison; step-children, Elynor Bowker, Sammy Jackson and Richard Jackson; brothers, Sam Pollard(Edith Billie) and Billy Jim Pollard(Marilyn);sisters, Emogene Finley and Oleta Thompson; grandchildren, Debbie Brown(Bill), David Allison(Dee Anna), Jamey Allison(Renee), Brent McKeever(Thresa) and Bryan McKeever(Kristy); twelve great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Dr.Bill Brown, David Allison, Jr., Jamey Allison, Brent McKeever and Daniel Wright.
