Mr. Larry B. Stegall, 79, of Price, passed away Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018 in Timpson. The family will receive friends for a celebration of his life from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018 at the South Main Church of Christ in Henderson. Cremation arrangements are with Crawford – A. Crim Funeral Home of Henderson. He was born Sept. 19, 1939 in Hockley County, Tx and had lived in Price for 48 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, and was a preacher and truck driver. Larry was a member of the Woodcarvers Guild and a 32nd degree Mason. He was also a volunteer chaplain at Bradshaw State Jail, where the inmates he ministered to greatly appreciated his ministry. He served his country in the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Rillie Stegall; brothers, Robert Stegall ,Billy Stegall; sisters, Alma Stegall, Mona Haisten, and Maudelle McEachern. Survivors include: his wife, Louise Stegall; daughter, Rebecca Armstrong, sons Christopher Stegall and wife Sherri, Steven Stegall and wife Lisa; grandchildren, Tasha Johnson, Reina Armstrong, Caleb Stegall, Sloan Brown, Lacy Brooke Deen and husband Jesse, Jake Stegall, and great-granddaughter, Georgie Deen; sister, Mary Nell Kirk, brother, Stan Stegall; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family, and a host of friends.
