Dozens of people gathered at East Texas Dairy Queen locations on Thursday for Miracle Treat Day, which benefits Children’s Miracle Network, a nonprofit that funds children’s hospitals.
In attendance were football teams from all around the Tyler area, as well as the recently crowned Miss America’s Outstanding Teen, London Hibbs.
“Being from Tyler, it’s so fun being back in my hometown and getting to see where all those dollars are going and how they’re impacting the Tyler community,” Hibbs said.
Proceeds from East Texas Dairy Queen locations will benefit the Children’s Miracle Network programs in the Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health System.
