Henry & Peters Announces 2018 Promotions



Henry & Peters has announced the following promotions: Allison McAnally to manager; Brendon Dane to supervisor; Will Kile to supervisor; Lyndsi Bible to senior associate; Tyler Clakley to senior associate; Maria Dyess to senior associate; and Thomas Neuhoff to senior associate.

Scott Bundy comes to Henry & Peters with a wealth of experience in tax and business valuations, beginning in Alabama after his graduation from the University of Montevallo.

Squyres, Johnson, Squyres Promotion Announcements

Hayley B. Kipp has been promoted to senior accountant at Squyres, Johnson, Squyres and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2017 after joining the firm in 2015.

She graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Master of Business Administration in 2015 after graduating from Texas Tech University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Accounting. 

Kipp provides a broad range of service to our clients including individual tax preparation and audits of companies in various industries. Kipp works in the Whitehouse office.

David W. Crenshaw has been promoted to a senior accountant after becoming a Certified Public Accountant. Crenshaw joined the firm in 2015 as a staff accountant after graduating from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2014 with this Bachelor of Business Administration. He completed his Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M Commerce in 2016. Crenshaw’s areas of practice include tax preparation and audit of nonprofit and governmental entities.

Blake W. Rowe has been promoted to director of social media and internet relations along with his accounting duties. Rowe joined the firm in January of 2015 as staff accountant. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2015 with his Master of Professional Accountancy. Rowe’s areas of practice include tax preparation, audit of nonprofit and governmental entities and social media relations.

3 New Mentors at SCORE

The East Texas Chapter of SCORE recently welcomed three new mentors into the chapter.

Ray Mathis’ past experience includes being Chief Financial Officer for a joint venture between the Hertz Corp. and Thales (a French multinational corporation). He was also responsible for managing the legal issues of this venture.

Rusty Wilks has a background in retail, marketing and merchandising. As a former storeowner with a 48-year career in business, Wilks brings a wealth of information that he can share with new and start-up businesses.

Ken George has more than 40 years in commercial banking, including 20 with Capital One Bank in Tyler. Most of his experience has been in working with small businesses assisting with cash flow, lending, operations, marketing and management.

These three new mentors, as well as others in the East Texas Chapter, are available to mentor new and existing businesses with questions they may have.
