A Tyler woman accused of stabbing her ex-boyfriend and causing his death has turned herself in.
Alicia Guthrie, 25, surrendered herself to the Smith County Jail about midnight Thursday.
Guthrie was suspected of stabbing Jeremy Taylor, 34, on Saturday evening in the 1100 block of Lenox Avenue.
She was jailed and bonded out Sunday on a charge of aggravated assault family violence with a weapon in connection with the incident.
However, after police were notified Tuesday that Taylor died at a local hospital, investigators obtained an arrest warrant for a murder charge against Guthrie.
She was charged in the stabbing death and was being held in the jail on a $150,000 bond.
