Tyler Firefighters kick off toy drive for children ages 2-14

The Tyler Firefighter’s Association and the City of Tyler Fire Department are partnering together again this year to bring joy to the children in the Tyler/Smith County area by collecting toys to be distributed to children for Christmas.
Firefighters are accepting donations of new toys for children ages 2 through 14 years. The toys can be dropped off at any City of Tyler Fire Station and should not be gift wrapped. If the toy operates on batteries, please provide those as well.

Donations have been lower than normal this year, so Tyler Firefighters are asking citizens to stop by the fire station to drop off a toy. The last day for donations will be Sunday so the toys may be distributed in time for Christmas. The Firefighter Toy Drive is a collection agency only. All toys will be given to a local organization for distribution.
