Half Moon Grill & Saloon recently hosted their 13th annual Ladies Golf Extravaganza and Auction. Dozens of teams gathered at Garden Valley Resort and Golf Club in Lindale in their “ladies’ attire” for a day of golf and fundraising. Any man wearing ladies’ attire was qualified to hit from the women’s red tee box.

The event raised $12,145, which was donated to the SPCA of East Texas. The mission of the SPCA of East Texas is to improve the lives of animals, alleviate their suffering and alleviate their status in society.
