VAN – The All Saints Lady Trojans captured the Silver Bracket championship of the Van Volleyball Tournament on Saturday.

The Lady Trojans were 3-0 on Saturday, scoring wins over Winona 2-1 (25-8, 23-25, 25-13), Arp 2-1 (18-25, 25-22, 25-14) and Spring Hill 2-0 (25-20, 25-16).

Leading the way in the championship match against Spring Hill were Hanna Waits (6 kills, 4 blocks), Olivia Young (4 kills), Maddie Varga (5 kills) and Mary Claire Luzietti (15 assists).

In the first round game with Winona, leaders were Waits (11 kills), Young (11 kills), Lilley Lewis (11 assists), Luzietti (10 assists) and Varga (10 digs).

In the semifinal game with Arp, All Saints was paced by Waits (16 kills), Young (13 kills, 4 digs), Luzietti (25 assists) and Lexi Hossley (4 digs).
