Zoo educational programs offered for preschoolers at the Glass Recreation Center

The Glass Recreation Center along with the Caldwell Zoo’s Education Coordinator, Linda Kuntz, will be offering fun, hands-on classes for preschoolers ages two through six.
The Zoo Educational program will begin on Jan. 12 and all classes are free to the public.

All programs will be offered from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Glass Recreation Center, 501 W. 32nd St.
The Jan. 12 program will look at “Bugs.” On Jan 19, it will cover “Fish and Frogs.”
“Scaly Things” will be covered on Jan. 26, and “Fur and Feathers” on Feb. 2.
Ann Santana, Glass Recreation Center supervisor, said she is excited to offer these new classes to little ones and their parents.
“We are so thankful for such a great partner like Caldwell Zoo,” she said. “Ms. Kuntz brings so many wonderful things to life and makes learning fun every day.”
