LONGVIEW (KYTX) – A Longview man is in jail for exposing himself on the sidewalk along U.S. Highway 80.

Longview police Officer Kristie Brian says 49-year-old William Jerome Woods was caught by police with his genitals exposed and gratifying himself at 3:26 Wednesday morning in front of a cell phone business in the 1200 block of West Marshall Avenue. He’s being held in the Gregg County Jail on $500 bond.

This is Woods’ sixth arrest since May. Most of the charges have been for criminal trespass, according to jail records.
