Love and War in Texas, a restaurant and music venue, announced it would be part of The Cannery development in Lindale.

Cannery developer Chad Franke,; Miranda Lambert’s mother, Bev; and Love and War owner, Tye Phelps, made the announcement Monday on KMOO Radio.Love and War in Texas is based in Plano.

Franke said the development would include a 7,000-8,000 square foot restaurant and outdoor patio and stage area. He said the development would give opportunity for nightly live music from local, Texas and national artists and songwriters.

Groundbreaking for the project is expected to begin in spring 2016.
