There is an accident reported involving a passenger vehicle and an armored vehicle on Loop 49 at Hwy 64 West.

That exchange is blocked off at this time.

Fire departments, state troopers and the Smith County Sheriff’s office are on the scene to work the accident.

Officials did not know the extent of any injuries.

The area has been secured because it is not yet clear whether any money came out of the truck.
