Los Lonely Boys are set to headline the T-Bone Walker Music Festival

- Grammy-Winning Los Lonely Boys are set to headline the T-Bone Walker Music Festival set for June 5 and 6 in Longview. The Festival's hours of operation are 5 to 11 p.m. on June 5, and the event begins at 10 a.m. on June 6.

During the two-day event, about 20 acts will perform on stages inside and outside the Maude Cobb Convention Center, organizers announced.

Festival hours are 5 to 11 p.m. on June 5 for both stages. On June 6, the outdoor stage gates will open at 10 a.m. for the Junior Showcase and the festival shows will begin at 1 p.m. The doors to Maude Cobb Center will open at 2 p.m.
Information about tickets is available on its website, tbonewalkerbluesfest.com. Patrons must bring their own seating to the outdoor concerts.
Other attractions will include the Car and Cycle Show, T-Bone Junior Showcase Competition, artist meet-and-greet sessions, and food and merchandise vendors, the announcement said.
Los Lonely Boys is a trio of siblings whose music draws from rock, blues, Tex-Mex, conjunto and Tejano. The band won a Grammy in 2005 for the song “Heaven.”
Guitarist-singer Tab Benoit, of Louisiana, is praised for his Cajun blues music.
Guitarist Rick Derringer returns to T-Bone Walker Blues Music Festival after performing there last year. He also will lead a guitar workshop during the festival.

Other artists set to play are: Jonathon “Boogie” Long, Cary Morin, Jimmy Wallace and The Stratoblasters, Trudy Lynn & Steve Krase, The Johnny Winter Band, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Lance Lopez, Gus Samuelson and Swampadelic, Buddy Flett, Peterson Brothers, Alan Fox Band, Wesley Pruitt Band, Tyler Lenius, Dagnabbit, Ally Venable, Soul Farmers, Glen McKenzie and Dr. O & The Gip Band, the announcement said.
