All Saints Episcopal School is reinforcing and replacing the roof of its 38,600-square-foot Brookshire’s Athletic Center for $547,060. Commercial Siding & Maintenance Co., of Houston, is the contractor.

Tween Brands, of New Albany, Ohio is renovating the Justice store in Broadway Square Mall, at 4601 S. Broadway Ave., No. F-20. Tenant improvements will cost $360,000 and will be done by Champion Retail Serv. Inc., of Humble.

Schambach Ministries International filed two building permits for professional office spaces in the Broadway Hills Plaza retail center at 7925 S.
