Empowerment Church, 325 S. Broadway Ave., in Tyler will have an International Day of Prayer at 6 p.m. on Sunday. The purpose will be to pray for the persecuted church around the world with The Voice of the Martyrs representative Ken Hicks.
The East Texas community is invited to mark All Saints Day at an Evensong of Remembrance sung by the chancel choir of First Presbyterian Church in Tyler. New Victory Temple Church in Daingerfield will have the “What’s Under Your Hat?” program at 5 p.m. on Nov. 8 at the Morris County Annex, 500 Broadnax St., in Daingerfield. First United Methodist Church in Athens at 225 Lovers Lane will have its Annual Holiday Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 8 and 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 9.
