Francesca’s, a Houston-based women’s clothing and accessory store, filed a building permit to renovate a 1,236-square-foot space in Broadway Square Mall, at 4601 S. Broadway Ave., No. F08. Retail Store Construction, of Wisconsin, is the contractor.

T.B. Butler Publishing Co. is replacing a roof and 15 windows at 409 W. Erwin St. for $19,000. Dorsey Construction is the contractor.

Design Center Signs Inc. filed sign permits for Fresenius Medical Care, 3824 Troup Highway; Daniel Boone’s Bean & Burger, 1920 ESE Loop 323; AT&T, 8922 S. Broadway, Suite 112; and Prism Beauty Bar, 4921 S. Broadway. A sign permit was also filed by Miracle Ear, 4746 S. Broadway Ave., Accent Graphics Inc.

Chester Kruse filed a temporary use permit for Curbside Taco for vending food from a mobile food truck, from Sept. 3 to 5 at 113 University Place. The property owner was Briarwood Group Ltd. and the business was Hanson Image Works.

Commercial temporary power permits were filed by Moose Auto Glass, 4220 Timms; AT&T, 8922 S. Broadway Ave., No. 112; Conaway Homes, 7924 S. Broadway Unit 100; Dunkin Donuts, 1400 WSW Loop 323, Suite 110; and Nova Clinic Center, 747 S. Beckham Ave.

Michael and Kristen Brady are constructing a 2,281-square-foot home at 7544 Glade Mill Lane for $310,000. Kelley Developments is the contractor.

Jeffrey and Angela Reed are adding a bathroom and closet over the garage at 6810 Cherryhill Drive for $60,000.

William and Cathy Hardy are building a $59,000 pool at 1920 Stonegate Circle. Trinity Valley Pools is the contractor.

Michael Follis is renovating a home at 3314 McDonald Road for $30,000. Work includes sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, trim and floors and will be done by Wright-Way Services.

Virginia Kennedy is replacing three windows, sheetrock, updating electrical and painting at 1306 E. Travis for $5,000.

Michael and Amy Freeman filed for approval for construction at Lake Tyler to widen a walkway and expand a deck with a sundeck at 13417 Peninsula Road. Turner Construction is the contractor.

Driveway permits were filed by Ander Dave, 2723 Chilton; Garciala Barson, 630 S. College; Mebco Contracting, 5150 Chandler Highway; Schmidt Concrete, 7619 Lakeside Lane; and Francis Concrete, 1418 Old Farm Road and 6656 Lacebark Drive.
