Texas Grand Manor LP, of Dallas, is building a 3,561-square-foot clubhouse for $468,000 at 2700 Grand Ave. Odyssey, of Dallas, is the contractor.

Lasater’s French Quarter Partnership is renovating the 3,850-square-foot Ken’s Pizza building at 4510 S. Broadway Ave. for $450,000. Work includes giving the building’s exterior and property a facelift, while the interior will be renovated by the tenant. “The use of the building and the footprint will not be changed,” property manager Lorei Green Gabriel said in a letter to the city. Watson Commercial Construction is the contractor.

Sam Greenberg is adding on 3,500 square feet to the Greenberg Smoked Turkey shipping warehouse at 415 McMurrey Drive. Metal Buildings by MCM Inc. is the contractor for the $105,000 project.
