Richardson, Texas: Kim Aman of Moss Haven Elementary wanted to teach her school kids about nutrition, raising healhy crops, eating wisely, living healhy, and other related topics.  So she began a “farm” in which the students can learn about these things by growing a garden, taking care of animals, etc.  She and 4 students were invited to the White House event Monday because her ideas match up with what Michelle Obama has been promoting (good eating habits).
