Watermelon Cake

 

INGREDIENTS

1 medium watermelon

2 cups fresh berries



2 cups whipped cream

 

DIRECTIONS

Carefully slice the ends off the watermelon so that you have a four-inch thick section of the center of the watermelon that is fully intact. This center round of watermelon serves as your cake. Place flat on a cake plate. Cut the melon into wedges but keep it in its circular shape. Top the watermelon with cream and then assorted berries. You can also cut cubes of melon or melon balls from the ends of the watermelon to decorate the top.
