Hot weather will continue for the next couple of days. We have a strong upper level high over Northeast Texas. This high will slowly move northeast into the Tennessee Valley by mid- to late week. This will allow a tropical low pressure trough to move under the ridge of high pressure bringing with it increasing tropical moisture. Temperatures today and Monday will again be in the upper 90s falling to the mid-90s for Tuesday and fall into the lower 90s for the end of the week into next weekend.
