(KYTX) - A East Texas football player was released from the hospital after injured during a game Friday night.

Frankston senior wide receiver Kendrick Rogers was experiencing some tingling in his leg during the game against Arp, according to Arp Head Coach Dale Irwin.

Rogers was taken from the game by ambulance to ETMC in Tyler.

He was released from the hospital overnight without any major injuries.
