WACO —All Saints scored seven runs in the seventh to take down Austin Regents 8-1 and sweep their best-of-three series in the TAPPS 4A area playoffs on Saturday.

Parker Towns struck out 12 in six innings for the Trojans (24-6), allowing a run in the first before five straight scoreless innings.

Charlie Short led the All Saints bats with four RBIs while Logan Bradford had two hits. Coleton Oldham, who closed out the game on the mound, added two RBIs.

The Trojans, who trailed 1-0 entering the sixth, advance to face either Arlington Pantego Christian or Fort Worth Christian in the regional playoffs.

Also on Saturday, Grace Community was eliminated by Midland Christian in their best-of-three series.
