HUNTINGTON — Colton Mebane and Tanner Schmidt each ran for two touchdowns to help Bullard improve to 4-1 on the season with a 38-6 win over Huntington on Friday.

Bullard recorded 395 yards of offense in the win, while Jess Wood led the defense with an interceptions and Billy Tomlin and Gilberto Jimenez each recovered a fumble.

Mebane scored on runs of 24 and 9 yards, while Schmidt scored on runs of 5 and 9 yards.

Weston Gray also contributed a 22-yard field goal in the Panthers’ win.

Bullard is off next week before starting District 17-3A play Oct. 7.
