PALESTINE — The Bishop Gorman Lady Crusaders defeated Class 3A No. 2-ranked Fairfield 51-47 in overtime in a girls basketball warmup contest Monday.

Brooke Lee scored a career-high 21 points to lead the TAPPS Private School Large Division No. 2 ranked team.

Michelle Obach, who was plagued by foul trouble, scored 13 points and Danielle Smith added nine points for T.K. Gorman.

Jasmine Griffin led Fairfield in scoring with 14 points.

The Lady Crusaders will face Dallas Christian for the district championship at 6 p.m. Saturday at Wildcat Arena on the campus of Whitehouse High School.
