With spring sports currently suspended, the Tyler Morning Telegraph wants to profile East Texas seniors in those sports in a feature called “From the Sidelines”. Who are your role models? My mother

Which coaches have had the most influence on you? Why? Coach Astin Greer, because he taught me to get where I want to be, I have to push myself out of my comfort zone. He’s a good coach.

Who is your favorite teacher? Ms. Bridgit Kinney

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? With my own business making food and desserts for parties and family gatherings

Something about yourself that most people don’t know: I was the only long distance runner in my family

What will you miss most about high school sports? Going and making new friends at the track and cross country meets
