All Saints senior DJ White returned the opening kickoff 80 yards for a touchdown to begin a wild night of scoring as the Trojans ran past rival Bishop Gorman 77-40 on Friday at Mewbourne Field.

There were many highlights, including a seven-touchdown performance by the Trojans' Alex Sinclair. The senior scored on runs of 1, 1, 5, 1, 8, 4 and 42 yards. He finished the night with 195 yards rushing on 25 carries.

All Saints sophomore quarterback Cor'Drell Radway also put up some big numbers with 172 yards rushing and a TD on 19 attempts. In the passing department, Radway connected on 10 of 14 attempts for 167 yards and a TD. Logan Francis led the Trojans with four catches for 60 yards.

Along with his kickoff return, White scored on a 19-yard dash and a 23-yard TD reception from Radway. Russell Wynne booted nine of 10 extra point attempts. Francis ran in one for a two-point conversion.

Radway found the end zone on a 6-yard run.  

Not to be outdone, Crusader quarterback AJ Smith put on a show as well. He rushed for 254 yards and scored four touchdowns on 16 carries. He was 8 of 24 passing for 144 yards with two touchdowns and an interception.

Smith scored on runs of 8, 59, 71 and 7 yards. He tossed TD passes to Dozie Ifeadi for 63 and 10 yards.

Ifeadi had three receptions for 99 yards and the two TDs.

Cameron Reid picked off a pass for All Saints and Nick Davis broke up three passes in his return from injury.

It was the second win for the Trojans against the Crusaders in eight games, the first coming in 2012 (29-27).

All Saints improves to 5-2 on the season, while Gorman drops to 1-6.

BG returns to play next Friday at Katy St. John XXIII, while All Saints plays at Lewisville Founders Classical Academy.
