Ann Nwoshh and Sky'lynn Holmes combined for 48 points and 28 rebounds to lead the No. 10 Tyler Junior College Apache Ladies to an 81-73 victory over Hill College in the final game of the Staybridge Suites Women's Basketball Classic on Saturday at Wagstaff Gymnasium.

Nwoshh, a sophomore from Houston, had a game-high 28 points, along with 13 boards. Holmes, who was a star at Pine Tree High School last year, had a game-high 15 rebounds, along with 20 points.

The Apache Ladies (4-0) return to play on Saturday, opening Region XIV play against Jacksonville College at Wagstaff Gymnasium.

Hill, which falls to 5-2, was led by Kynese Davis with 25 points.

Other scores on Saturday were: Panola 62, Cisco 59; Jacksonville 72, Arkansas Baptist 48; and Collin County 76, Kilgore 66.
