NEVADA — Brentavian Henderson’s two first-quarter TDs were all the scoring Bullard needed, but the Panthers tacked on 28 more points for good measure in a 42-7 win over Nevada Community on Friday night.

Henderson score on runs of 1 and 20 yards, and Zach Aldredge added a pair of extra points as the Panthers jumped out to a 14-0 lead.

The Braves found the end zone for the only time in the second quarter on a 5-yard run by Dillon McCormick. Jackson Kane’s PAT made it 14-7.

Bullard carried a 21-7 lead into halftime after Talor Rives scored on a 6-yard fumble recovery.

The Panthers blew the game open in the third, scoring three times on 6-yard run by quarterback Connor Mebane and two TD passes, one covering 45 yards from Mebane to Drake Daly and the other 34 yards from Mebane to Major Tennison.

Bullard improved to 5-2 and 1-1 in District 5-4A Division II while the Braves fell to 2-4 and 1-1.
