OMEN — With sadness but faith in God’s plan, we are sharing the passing of Tommy Ray Chadwick. He was born on December 9, 1941 to Tom and Vera Chadwick of Omen, Texas and passed on May 30, 2020 in Omen.
Tommy is survived by his three children, their spouses, six grandchildren, one great-grandson and life-long friends. He was a graduate of Arp High School, Tyler Junior College and the University of North Texas. After 32 years, he retired from State Farm Insurance Company as a Senior Claims Specialist.
Services will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Stewart Family Funeral Home Chapel in Tyler, with Brother Chris Chadwick officiating. Burial will follow at Elkins Cemetery in the Omen community. No visitation will be held at this time but a celebration of his life will be scheduled for a later date.

His family and friends find great comfort in the firm knowledge that he knew and loved the Lord and we will be reunited with him one day.
