Shea Whigham

Actor and TJC alumnus Shea Whigham conducts a master class for students Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, in Jean Browne Theatre on the TJC campus.

Shea Whigham, a 1989 graduate of Tyler Junior College, was in “Sicario,” a movie about drug trafficking and terrorism on the U.S./Mexico border released on this date in 2018. 

Whigham has had notable movie roles in “Tigerland,” “Splinter” and “Radio Free Albemuth.”

He is also known for his TV roles on “Boardwalk Empire,” “True Detective” and “Homecoming.”
