Tyler Paper offers exclusive savings for subscribers

The Tyler Morning Telegraph wants to thank its subscribers by rewarding them with a new way to save money -- the Tyler Rewards Plus program.

The new Save Here Today app will allow readers to save money with local businesses and all over the country with their mobile devices.

More than 50 Tyler-area businesses have opted in already, allowing users to take advantage of exclusive offers that change daily, monthly and annually.

"It is my hope our subscribers will take advantage of this opportunity to save enough money to totally offset the cost of their subscription," said Matt Milling, director of circulation. "It'll be like getting the paper for free."

To get started just download the app through the Apple Store or Android Market. All subscribers need to log in is the email address and phone number on file with the Tyler Paper's circulation department. Customers can update their contact information on Tylerpaper.com through the My Account link or by calling 903-597-1121 during business hours.

If users don't have a smartphone, they can still take advantage of the deals at Tylerpaper.com by clicking on the link at the top named "My Rewards" and print coupons from their computer.

Customers can even suggest businesses they would like to see added to the savings package by calling Angelica Garcia at 903-596-6391.

Altogether, subscribers will have access to deals from more than 25,000 businesses in 43 states. With GPS enabled on the app, users will receive push notifications when they enter areas with new discounts available.

Non-subscribers can take the app for a ride with a 30- day free trial, a $3.99 a month value, at Tylerpaper.com by clicking "Trial" to register.

When signing up, users should allow up to 24 hours for activation to take effect.

Subscribers who don't have access to the Internet can still take advantage of the savings. For more information, call customer service at 903-597-1121.
