The Brook Hill School hosted College Emphasis Week last week, with students in college T-shirts, parents of middle and upper school students having "Coffee and Conversations" about college, kicking off the application process with juniors and their parents, hosting 21 college representatives for lunch in the American Freedom Museum and welcoming the CORE worship pastor from Marvin Methodist Church, SMU, and Baylor University to Senior Seminar.

According to the school, College Emphasis Week helps encourage students and parents to intentionally think about the next step in their educational career, and know how to better prepare for that next step today.

"We want our students to not only be excited about college, but to have the best road map to getting into the university of their choice," the school website stated.
