Super 1 Foods will donate more than 60K to Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas High Schools

Super 1 Foods will donate more than $60,000 to local high schools throughout Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas during the 2016 football season as part of its Cash 4 My High School Program.

Participating schools have been designated a specific keyword, and now through Nov. 1, customers can text the keyword once a day to 43101 to enter their school for a chance to win.

Thirty-two Super 1 Foods stores will donate $1,000 to a local high school during a home football game, and at the end of the program, a $10,000 grand prize will be awarded to the school that receives the most text entries in each division. In addition, a $5,000 runner-up prize will be awarded in each division.

Schools and stores are separated into two divisions-Gold and Green-so that schools only compete with those similar in size. Keywords are advertised on signage in Super 1 Foods stores and on the sidelines at football games.
