The inclusive playground at Southside Park, 455 Shiloh Road, is scheduled to open at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Representatives of the Tyler Parks and Recreation Department and Tyler Area Ambucs will cut the ribbon.

The playground will feature ramps, swings and slides that accommodate kids with mobility problems and those who use wheelchairs. The inclusive playground will be the first of its kind in Tyler.

Sponsors will be present with booths and refreshments will be provided.
