Aapproximately 60 volunteers from the three clubs, The University of Texas at Tyler Roteract Club and the Robert E. Lee High School Interact Club assisted with the parade.
“We also appreciate the support provided to us by the City of Tyler, in particular Debbie Isham from the Tyler Parks Department and Lieutenant Mike Malone from the Tyler Police Department,” a news release stated.
Emcees for the parade were Lucky Larry and Mandee Montana from Mix 93.1. Gift-in-kind support from companies such as JOTS Rentals, Video Magic Productions and Striping Technology made it possible for the parade to be conducted at no charge to participants, the Rotary Clubs said.
