A missing Tyler man who has schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and suffers from depression was found safe late Thursday night.
Donavon Earl Williams, 33, was reported missing Thursday at 3:30 p.m. when he left his residence at 1909 Sybil Lane, according to police.
Police said Williams has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old and should be approached calmly.
The police department reported Williams was returned home safely around 11 p.m. Thursday.
