Meals On Wheels of Palestine, which serves Anderson, Cherokee and Rusk counties, will sponsor a four-night, five-day trip to Branson, Mo., Nov.12 through 16.
Included in the trip will be motor coach transportation by Chuck's Travel of Tyler. The bus will pick up travelers in Palestine and at Brookshire's store on Texas Highway 155 in Flint.
Seven meals will be included: four full breakfasts and dinner at Dobyn's Dining Room at the College of the Ozarks, dinner at McFarlains Restaurant and dinner at Mickey Gilley's Texas Café.
The trip will include five shows: Andy Williams Moon River Variety Christmas Show, The Miracle of Christmas Show at the Sight and Sound Theater, The Six Brothers Show, The Twelve Irish Tenors and Johnny Mathis, in person at the Oak Ridge Boys Theater.
Included as well is a tour of the College Of The Ozarks, which will include a tour of the fruit cake bakery, chapel, greenhouse and gift shop; a tram tour of Dogwood Canyon, the Hollywood Wax Museum and Table Rock Lake tour.
There will be places to shop for Christmas gifts.
