Lake Palestine’s fifth annual Adaptive Aquafest water ski clinic will take place Saturday.
The annual event is designed to provide adults and children who use wheelchairs with access to water sports by with challenging water skiing events put on by trained professionals. Participants will be using specifically designed ski and boating equipment as they are led by Texas Adaptive Aquatics staff.
The Junior League of Tyler has partnered with Texas Adaptive Aquatics and other local sponsors to create this event.
“Any person or business wanting to help sponsor or donate funds (will) be welcomed and appreciated,” said Debbie Bryant, a representative from TAA.
