A Jacksonville man has been indicted on a capital murder charge stemming from the January killing of a man at a Jacksonville apartment complex. 

London Castleberry, 33, of Jacksonville, was indicted by a Cherokee County grand jury on charges related to the crime, which occurred Jan. 7.

Castleberry went to the police station about 7:30 a.m. and told officials he had killed someone at the Travis Towers Apartments, 557 S. Ragsdale St. in Jacksonville, according to the Jacksonville Police Department.
