LINDALE — Hundreds of people lined U.S. Highway 69 in downtown Lindale on Saturday night for the annual Christmas parade put on by the Rotary Club of Lindale.

The parade, which lasted about an hour, began at E.J. Moss Intermediate School and ended at Pickers Pavilion.

After the parade at the Pickers Pavilion, the community was invited to take photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, enjoy performances by local dance studios, indulge in food by a local vendor and listen to live music.

Traffic on U.S. 69 was diverted down Farm-to-Market Road 849.
