The Brook Hill School has established the Regester-Zapolskyy Emergency Scholarship Fund specifically for students in crisis situations.

On March 4, Dana Regester, Brook Hill mom and staff member, and Pasha Zapolskyy, Brook Hill senior, were killed by a drunk driver.

"We want this scholarship to be a lasting legacy for Dana and Pasha," Rod Fletcher, Headmaster at The Brook Hill School, said. "Both Dana and Pasha made Brook Hill a better place. We want to remember their contributions."

This scholarship is for students in the aftermath of a catastrophic event such as an immediate family member's death, natural disaster, fire or other such crisis. To qualify for the scholarship, students must be currently enrolled at The Brook Hill School.

The award amounts will be based on need and available funds. Scholarships can cover educational experiences including tuition, fees and room and board.
